Broken CRT has an interview with Team Fortress 2’s Heavy weapons guy. I have to say, the guy dressed as a Heavy does a good job at not only sounding like a Heavy, but looking like one as well. He is credit to cosplay and impersonators. Check out the video and you’ll see what I mean. Since this was from PAX, let’s hope neither one of these guys contracted Swine-Flu.

He really trained himself to sound like a heavy weapons man.

That was pretty good. The only real difference is that his voice is younger. The voice actor who does HWG/Demoman is in his 50s-60s and they slow down his voice slightly for HWG, so it has more of that gravely sound.
