Killingfloorthegame.com announced yesterday that on the weekend of 10/22-10/25 there will not only be a “Play for Free” weekend, but FREE “massive new content pack,” Level Up coming as well. The reason stated for the “play for free” weekend was, “To celebrate and to allow as many people as possible to try it out.” Not a bad move on their part.
While there weren’t too many details released with the announcement, there will be a detailed preview article on IGN Tuesday October 20th. It seems like there is nothing to do but wait until the 20th for more information.

Hm, this is totally awesome. Always been kind of interested in this game but never actually had a chance to try it out.
Killing Floor is an amazing game, The DLC they released not too long ago was a great addition. I hope this new DLC delivers like the last one did. This game is well worth the 20 bucks.
I might try this game out, looks more appealing than left 4 dead. Good old zombie fest!

Though I can definitely not run this on my laptop, it looks pretty awesome. I wish luck and joy to all the KF players with the oncoming DLC pack.
