Metro 2033 Will Crush Your Computer.

Another post-apocalyptic FPS– but this one’s in Russia!

Based on the coincidentally-named novel Metro 2033, Metro 2033 is being developed by 4A Games in an attempt to “plunge gamers into a terrifying view of the future.”

Yawn. We’ve heard that before.

Ujesh Desai, a vice president at NVIDIA, is quoted as saying “Metro 2033 boasts some of the most advanced graphics and PhysX effects we’ve ever seen. … From what we’ve seen so far, this will be a showcase PC gaming title for 2010!”

Sounds like he’s excited that you might buy new NVIDIA equipment for the game.

Metro 2033 comes out 2010 for the PC and Xbox 360.

Well, we already milked the past dry, so why not start abusing the possible futures ahead of us?

Still, yet another game of possible interest which will rape PC gamers evenly hard as Crysis.

I am a sucker for post-apocalyptic settings so I’ll look out for this.

Sounds like they’re trying to oust Crysis from its graphics throne. Doubt it’ll happen.

I might get it for the 360, definitely a “Try” for me. The guy from NVIDIA certainly does sound like he can’t wait for the increased sale in new graphics cards. :D
