While you can leave it to the French to get a leaked copy and ruin the game for those who want it ruined. I personally didn’t until I saw headlines saying “Modern Warfare 2’s Controversial Opening.” I took a look at the video and at about 2:10 seconds in, I saw what they meant.

The video offered a scene from the beginning of the game where you are in what appears to be a subway station of some kind. You are with a few other men and there is a group of about 40 people standing in front of you. You violently mow them ALL down with your weapons and continue to through and kill more people you see as you advance in what appears to be an airport(don’t quote me on that). While this is the first time they put you in the roll of a terrorist, you have to wonder what it’s all about.
I guess we’ll have to wait until November 10th to find out. Here is the video if you’d like to see for yourself.

People need to remember that this is purely fictitious. If you don’t like the content, don’t buy the game, simple as that. They need to stop getting all hot and bothered over this and realize its a video game. This isn’t even the worst things I’ve seen in a video game, I think some of the stuff in the GTA series is much worse.
dude you can skip the gruesome scenes and it does not hurt the plot
im a little shocked, IW is going a little overboard with the whitehouse and airport massacres plus much more to come.
I never find anything in games to be too offensive or anything like that. So, this seems perfectly fine for me.

its not real people. if this makes u want to kill people at an airport then u have mental problems but me i see it as just a game and i can leave it at that. i aint gunna pick up again and kill people. its not sick. its not wrong. its called story development if it wasnt there we wouldnt feel for the characters later or feel what they want us to feel. yes we are supposed to say its wrong that makes you a normal person but grow a pair and deal with it.
