As if PC players weren’t already up in arms about Modern Warfare 2. People have been taking notice that on the Steam page of the game it states that it will be available on November 13, three days after official release.
However, retailers such as Amazon and Gamestop still have the PC version of the game shipping on the 10th. So it seems if you want to play MW2 on the day of release, Steam will not be the way of getting it. Either going to a store, or ordering it online for delivery looks like your best bet.

At least the game is coming out for PC relatively close to the release date for consoles.
Also Borderlands came out 1 whole week after it came out on consoles.
it might just be a mistake and still be unlocked on released date but if you want to be sure it would probably be best to buy it from a store if you really need it on release day
Yeah, I saw this 2 days ago. I was like “boy are people going to be pissed” It does seem like it’s just Steam though atm. We’ll see what happens
Well Activision games have been known to make it on steam later than the actual release, Wolfenstein for example took quite awhile to make it to Steam.
