4 years ago today on November 22, 2005, the Xbox 360 introduced itself to the world. It was welcome with shortages, people selling and buying them for thousands of dollars. The last 4 years have been filled with good times and of course the bad. The bad including RRODs, bannings, disc scratchings, lawsuits, etc. I was working retail at the time and I remember the line of people waiting for an Xbox 360. I remember getting threatened and told I would be stabbed if I didn’t have enough in stock.
While there was bad, let’s not forget about all the good stuff the Xbox 360 has given us over the last 4 years. We now have games like Gears of War, Mass Effect, Dashboards with useless avatars, and my personal favorite addition, Netflix. Xbox 360 has provided many hours of fun and online entertainment that we’ll always remember. Happy Birthday Xbox 360, hopefully you have many more RRODs years to come.

i remember the 1st time it came out… The guy who played frodo in the lord of the rings was introducing it ….saying it’s portable and what not anywho HAPPY BIRTHDAY X-Box 360!!!!!
Happy Birthday to the 360! Just sucks that the RROD is going the be the legacy of what would otherwise have to be considered one of the greatest consoles ever.

These past 4 years have be epic as all hell. Man I remember hearing stories of people getting robbed leaving Wal-Marts and stuff. I used to waok at Wal-Mart and I had a supervisor that used to steal 360’s when thay came in…of course I didn’t know when I was happening. I found out when he got fired. I used to work in the receiving department, so it was kinda easy to steal stuff.
I remember when the xbox was gonna come out and the first time i saw a 360 Koisk at Walmart i’m like ZOMG THIS GAME LOOKS AMAZING,the game was King Kong lol
there better be some xbox360 cake that looks like it saying “Happy bday xbox 360, hope you grow legs” (kidding about growing legs part)
