Series vs Series, if you had to pick one to play, which would it be, Metal Gear Solid or Splinter Cell?
Let’s see who thinks Snake is Superior to Sam and vice versa.

That’s a tough one. I actually am in the minority of people who likes the Syphon Filter series better than either of them but I guess I have to lean towards MGS just because of the ridiculous stories, the crazy names, the epic insanity of the Colonel during a latter stage of Sons of Liberty and the hotties that pop up every now and then. Only downside is “Naked Raiden.”
Splinter Cell
I personally would go for Snake. Sam is much more in the realism, and Snake is just a plain, unstoppable killing machine. I could easily see Snake kill Sam, to be honest.
Metal Gear Solid -_- it Started all the stealth games

Metal gear although I never played.
If I had to pick one to play right now it would be Metal Gear Solid. Reason being I haven’t played but the first one on PS. Of course I don’t mean it was the very first MGS game.

Metal Gear for sure. One of my fav games EVER. Shame i don’t have a PS3.
MGS because I like to have fun tormenting the guards.

I’ve never played any, but with the fact that Splinter Cell offers co-op, I’d have to vote Splinter Cell.
I love getting friends together online and just being able to play as well.
MGS online just didn’t appeal to me as much.

Metal Gear Solid easily, the stories are much better.

umm i never played the splinter cell games (I KNOW I KNOW….leave me alone ) ….ANYWHO…..i gotta go with Metal gear solid cause…well…i played them and really enjoyed them…there so much fun!!!

Mgs is more my thing, I could never get into the Splinter Cell series.
Both good series. Even though I find Splinter Cell’s gameplay to be more enjoyable, I’d have to stick with MGS. I’m a sucker for a good story and great characters, and MGS has both in spades.
As much as I like MGS, it seems the story is coming close to an end, Solid Snake was the heart of MGS and they’re forcing him to get old and die off. I prefer the on-going story line. Sorry I must go with Splinter Cell, it seems that they could go on and on with this one.
I go with MGS all the way it’s one of my favorite video game series ever.
Everyone seems to like MGS a lot… So i will go with MGS also.
Hard to say. At the moment it has to be Metal Gear Solid.
I haven’t played any of them but if i was going to play one i would choose… Metal Gear Solid!
