I just wanted to let you guys know that some changes will be coming to the site soon.  The other day we held a survey to see what users did on the site and to find out some other things.  With 2010 around the corner and being a new year, I think its time to make some changes around here.

One thing I’m sure we’ve all noticed by now is the erratic manner in which posts are made on the blog.  Come January 2010, HBG will have a more organized manner in which it’s done.  We still have not decided on how we will do things just yet, but expect more posts and to seem them at the top of the hour…Maybe every hour?  Expect official details and the change sometime in the new year.

Another thing that is going to be changing is the forums.  Soon we will be upgrading to Vbulletin 4.0, and with that comes a bunch of new features.  One of which is user blogs.  I remember a few weeks back we had some issues when we tried user blogs, but worry not, now you will have your own part of the site.  We can’t wait to see what the users who do use them come up with.  Remember, use em for ANYTHING (within the normal rules of the site) that you want.  Expect the forum change sometime this week.

I hope that going into 2010 we can have another great year like we did in 2009.  I hope to not only grow the site, but the community as well for all of you.  Thanks to all those who have helped make HBG and and will help make it even more awesome as time goes on.
