“Worlds Smallest” N64…It’s Portable Too!

The other day we saw the portable Dreamcast and today we get to see a portable N64.  Known as the “Starlight 64″ a modder on the ModRetro forums created what is the “worlds smallest” Nintendo 64.  With a 5 inch screen, 3 hours of battery life, and a built in expansion pack (so you can play ALL N64 games) this is a pretty sweet mod.

The unit itself has all the same buttons that a normal N64 controller has so you’re set to play any N64 on the go.  The creator of the mod also created a small attachment that hooks into the unit via VGA and give users the ability to hook into a normal TV and allow 4 players.

Wanna learn how to make one of your own? You can over at the ModRetro and BenHeck forums.  If I had the time and patience to do this, I would.  The user is going to sell this one, but no word on a price.
