Peter Molyneux is a man known for his bold statements in the industry, the most recent of these statements being a certain revolutionary dog. However, today Molyneux has made what is arguably his boldest statement yet, concerning this weeks Microsoft X10 event. Peter Molyneux had the following to say to Game Reactor,
“There’s some very, very big things happening in Fable III, and it’s really going to upset people. I’m really scared when I go out and tell people what it is [that] they’re going to get super pissed off. They really are.”
And goes on to say,
“It’s the right thing to do, man. I’m sure it’s the right thing to do.”
While no one can say exactly what this anger inducing announcement will be, it wouldn’t be surprising if it involved Project Natal. Natal support has already been confirmed for Fable III, and nothing makes people angry quite like motion control does.

I loved the first Fable.
Fable 2 was a disaster.
If Fable 3 is even worse (which I don’t think can be possible), then they need to stop making Fable games.
Motion control would ruin it. I dont even understand why microsoft is making motion controlled games. That market it owned by wii, and it sucks. For example, if I want to go skateboard, I will go outside and skateboard, not go on a motion sensor skateboard and play a game.
P.S. They have plans to make up to 5 fable games in total (Fable 4 and Fable 5).
I would also like to say that games can only have 2 of the following, not all 3:
Good Game play
Good Graphics
Motion Sensors/things like Wii
I very much agree with your statement, but the thing is that most Americans are unable to skate like in a video game.The purpose is to give them the experience of doing something they couldn’t do and turn it into a virtual reality, while not having to spend years learning
I never got into the Fable series, but I did play the free Episode 1 on the XBL Marketplace and it was pretty fun. Would suck if they ruined the game with Motion control.
