Jersey Shore Game Has Been Made — For Serious

Facebook and MTV teamed up to make a Jersey Shore interactive game, which was posted yesterday on Facebook. It will be posted today on MTV.com and it’s all to promote season 2 of Jersey Shore.

What does this game have in store? “We have structured the game around the themes of the show. And it’s a social experience where people can interact,” says MTV’s Tony Espinoza.

The themes of the show include exploiting Italian stereotypes, explosive and totally unnecessary drama, and a lot of bleeped-out language. It can easily be said, however, that there is no actual substance to any part of any episode of the show.

The game play is simple. You can take control of your favorite Jersey Shore character and do what they would normally do on the show. For example, you can play as Snooki and tan, eat pickles, get drunk, hook up with random guys. You can play as The Situation and tan, go to the gym and hook up with random girls. Of course, the t-shirt store is probably going to be involved somehow, but I don’t know.

Season 2 of Jersey Shore premiers tomorrow, July 29th on MTV. Check local listings for more info.

      Nope! I’ve only seen that brief 2-3 mins clip of snookie getting decked in the face. That’s the extent of my Jersey Shore watching

    Is this going to be like that hot coffee hack for GTA San Andreas? Because I don’t think anyone finds Snookie to be THAT attractive, or attractive at all.
