Check Out This Dark Souls Trailer

It was earlier today that we showed you some screen shots of From Software’s next project Dark Souls. Well we now have a trailer for the new game. Don’t worry either, this game is being made to be just and hard and challenging as Demon Souls, so that’s good right?

We want the player to scream, yell and be frustrated. Dark Souls will be a better, more difficult experience, and are hoping for millions of deaths in the follow-up.

Jeeze, 2011 is getting jam packed with good looking games.

I heard that this will have more of an open world compared to the somewhat linear stages in Demon's Souls. This being a spiritual successor to Demon's Souls is gonna be a must buy for me. Not sure if I should get it on 360 or PS3 though.

For the record I didn't think Demon Souls was all that hard, it was a challenging game. This game looks decent as well so we shall see how this one is.

man thats going to be awesome! i cant wait to play this. tho i hope for a bit less trolling by the people who are lvl 1 and beat the whole game to collect the good items so they can kill lvl 1-11 players

Congrats you lost a sale. I don't want to be frustrated with a game. I want to have fun. Making a game insanely hard is not a good. This is why I HATE most Japanese games. They either make them super hard and not fun to play or they take the game play out completely! (Final Fantasy, I'm looking at you.) Nintendo has great respect from me because they make games fun.
