At this point in time, most of you are probably burned out on Battlefield 3 multiplayer because of the beta. Luckily for the PC gamers, they get to wait in line for jets play on the Caspian Border map this weekend until the beta ends — but enough about the multiplayer. A new batch of screenshots have been released and they take us back into the world of the singleplayer.
They look absolutely phenomenal, but sadly — most screenshots end up looking better than the final product. Being that the “lead platform” for Battlefield 3 is the PC, these screens are more than likely from the PC build. Whatever the case, Battlefield 3 is set to release on the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on October 25th. The only question is, are you ready to go “above and beyond the call.”

Now this is definitely the better example for what the final game will look like.
And I wish good luck to those trying to max it out in DX11 on PC. Your journey will be a tough one.
