Rayman: Origins Jumping Onto PC In March

For all the PC gamers in the audience that may have been jealous of the console crowd because they got Rayman: Origins and you didn’t prepare to let that envy melt away. Rayman: Origins is coming to the PC, fashionably late.

The current release date for Rayman: Origins is March 29 and it is currently available for pre-order on the Ubi-shop for $29.99. There is little information at this early time about where else you can get the game online or even if it will be available elsewhere, but there will be a physical release.

Thanks to Rock Paper Shotgun we do know what PC gamers won’t get. When RPS asked Ubisoft about what form of DRM will be used Ubisoft answered that the download version will have a one time activation and the physical release will have “no DRM at all”. How refreshing.

Ah, Rayman was such a great childhood memory for me, played it so so much, might have to buy this when it finally comes out. :D

I really hope that Rayman: Origins gets more credit where it is due.

Rayman Origins was a surprisingly good game actually. My girlfriend got it for me for Christmas because I'd mentioned it in passing one day and I was like "well alright why not" but it turned out to be a really fun platformer. Good that the PC crowd will get a chance to try it too, they're the only platform that DOESN'T have it at this point haha
