So LittleBigPlanet Karting Exists

Do you love that cute little Sack Boy and wish you could drive go karts with him and have an amazing time? Apparently you’ll be able to do such a thing via your Playstation 3. How do I know such things? Someone tweeted it and quickly erased it — that’s how!

A person with the ability to post tweets to the Future Shop Gamer account, @FS_Gamer, went to a Destination Playstation event the other night and tweeted all sorts of stuff, but for some reason erased a bunch of them.

Some tweets were related to a game called LittleBigPlanet Karting and even provided photographic proof like this picture of a large sign caught by The Sixth Axis before being taken down.

Another one of the tweets mentioned being 3D capable and incorporating a move enabled wheel which sounds an awful like the Mario Kart Wii wheel accessory or even the Xbox 360 wireless speed wheel.

So far great news for PS3 owners that want a cute arcade racer.

I wonder if it'll be similar to Mario Kart. It kind of looks like it in those pictures. Perhaps sabotaging your opponents is part of it? I'd definitely hope so. Having a game like Mario Kart on more than just the Wii would be awesome.

Why would they make a LBP Kart racer? They already have ModNation Racers. They even made a downloadable Sackboy character:

yea that is what I was thinking. It'll probably be just the same game With LBP all over it, I did have tons of fun with ModNation Racers though

It looks pretty cool but like the above, it'll be very similar to MNR, I reckon they must have some differences they will put in it to stand out from other kart racing games.

I was wondering why would they do this if they had modnation racers. Wouldn't it just be simpler if they just completely overhauled Mod Nation racers?

don't get me wrong, i love lbp, but this is just silly... especially after mod nation racer.
